Cheesy snack!

Hello Lovelies, 

Time for another cookery post! Hot camembert with garlic and bread. This is a dish I often serve as a starter, however seeing as it is one of my son's favourite foods and he asked me nicely I made it for him today. I normally serve it with my homemade bread (you can see the receipt here) but seeing as I didnt really have the energy for that today we had it with a warm baguette instead. I really like this dish and it smells amazing, though backed garlic is not strong at all, even a little sweet. I recomend you all give it a try, with a glass of wine, and im sure you will enjoy it :)

Czas na kolejny post kulinarny! Goracy ser camember z chlebkiem i pieczonym czosnkiem. To danie ktore zazwyczaj podaje jako przystawke przed glownym daniem, ale ze to ulubione jedzenie mojego syna i mnie ladnie poprosil to mu dzis przygotowalam. Zazwyczaj podaje to z moim domowym chlebkiem (link do przepisu jest tutaj) ale ze dzis mi sie za bardzo nie chcialo to podalam go z ciepla bagietka. Bradzo lubie to danie, pachnie niesamowicie a czosnek smarzony wcale nie jest ostry tylko az slodziutki. Naprawde sprobujcie, z lampka winka, napewno bedzie wam smakowac :)

Receipt:
Camembert 
Few whole garlics
Rosemary 
Few laurel leafs
Salt, pepper and some olive oil 

1. First prep the camembert by slicing it crosswise and stick a small bunch of rosemary in it.
2. Then place your garlic in a dish or a tin, add the laurel leafs, season and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Put the cheese and the garlic in oven (preheated to 180C) for about 20/25min (keep checking until it is piping hot)
4. Pop the baguette into the over for few min to warm it up 
And voila! Enjoy :)

Ser Camembert 
Pare glowek czosnku 
Rozmaryn
Pare listkow laurowych
Sol, pieprz i troszeczke oliwy z oliwek

1. Natnij ser i wloz do niego troszeczke rozmarynu (do wygladu i zapachu)
2. Wloz czosnek na blaszke, dodaj listek, sol, pieprz i skropl wszystko oliwa. 
3. Wloz ser i czosnek do piekarnika (nagrzanego tak do 180C) na 20/25min (sprawdz az serek sie rozpusci)
4. Wzoc bagietke na pare minutek do piekarnity aby sie podgrzala
