Greek Salad Time

Hi there :)

Time for another cookery post! Today I have for you a greek salad which I made with my daughter for today's lunch. It is well knows, simple, quick and perfect for a scorching summer days such as the ones we have been having in London lately (I cannot even imagine cooking anything when the temperatures are in 30C) 

Receipt:

1/2 iceberg lettuce 
7 or 8 small tomattoes 
A pack of feta cheese
1/2 fresh cucumber
1/2 red onion
olives
salt and pepper

Dill Dressing: 
Chop up a good bunch of fresh dill, mix in with about 5 generous spoons of olive oil and the juice of half a lemon. Sweeten with agave syrup or honey. 

Once all the veggies have been chopped up pour the dressing over, mix everything throughly and voila :) ENJOY

Czas na kolejny kulinarny post! Mam dzis dla was salatke grecka ktora przyrzadzilam z corka na lunch.   Znana, prosta, szybka i lubiana, w sam raz na upalne dni (nie moge wyobrazic sobie stac nad garami jak na dworze 30C haha)

Przepis:

1/2 Salaty lodowej
7 albo 8 malych pomidorkow
Paczka sera feta
1/2 swiezego ogorka
1/2 czerwonej cebuli
Oliwki 
Sol i pieprz 

Sos Koperkowy:

Posiekac garsc swiezego koperku i polaczyc z 5 lyzkami oliwy z oliwek. Dodac sok z pol cytryny i oslodzic syropem z agavy lub miodem. 
Pokrojone warzywa i ser skropic sosem i porzadnie wymieszac, no i voila :) SMACZNEGO!
